From 100g, shipping is free for Portugal (with the exception of Madeira and Azores). Below this weight, the values are:

Spain - €10.00 - Delivery within 10 business days, from 9:00 to 19:00 (excluding Canary Islands, with delivery from 10 to 15 business days).

Canary Islands - €19.00 - Delivery from 10 to 15 business days (9:00 to 19:00) -

We are not responsible for additional costs or delivery times caused by customs.
Portugal - Free - Delivery within 10 days - We do not ship to the Azores and Madeira Islands.
Other European Union countries - Between €19.00 - Delivery within 10 days. We are not responsible for additional costs or delivery times caused by customs.
England - €19.00 - Delivery within 10 days - We are not responsible for additional costs or delivery times caused by customs.
Andorra and Switzerland - €19.00 - Delivery within 10 days - We are not responsible for additional costs or additional delivery times caused by customs in these regions.

* Purchases made after 5 pm may take 24 hours longer than usual to be delivered.

* Extensions may take 24 hours to be prepared before being shipped.

* Prices valid up to 1.9kg for Spain / Portugal and up to 0.49kg for the rest of the European Union.

It is the customers' responsibility to ensure correct delivery address information at checkout. All fields must be filled in. If the address is entered incorrectly, the customer must assume full responsibility for all incurred costs. Please check all postal information before confirming orders. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot change any shipping information.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is the number one commitment for KHair Store. So, if you received the requested product and you did not like the color, length, or thickness, you have 14 days to contact us and return or exchange the product.

To proceed with a refund or exchange, products must be returned in their original condition to the Khair Store warehouse. The return or exchange of Khair Store products does not extend to the dyeing process done by its consumers, and we will only refund or exchange products that have not undergone alterations (color, length, etc.).
