SHIPPING POLICY
From 100g onwards, shipping is free to Portugal (with the exception of Madeira and the Azores). Below this weight, the values are:

Spain - €10.00 - Shipping within 48/72 hours, from 9:00 to 19:00 (except Canary Islands, with delivery in 3 to 5 working days).
Canary Island - €19.00 -
Shipping within 3 to 5 working days (9:00 to 19:00) -
We are not responsible for additional costs or delivery time caused by customs.
Portugal - Free - Shipping in 48/72 hours (9:00 to 19:00) - We do not ship to the Azores and Madeira Islands.
Other European Union countries - Between €19.00 - Shipping within 24/72 hours (9:00 to 19:00).
England - €19.00 - Shipping within 48/72 hours (9:00 to 19:00). - We are not responsible for additional costs or delivery times caused by customs.
Andorra and Switzerland - €19.00 - Shipping in 4 to 5 working days - We are not responsible for costs or additional delivery time caused by customs in these regions.
* Purchases made after 5pm may take 24 hours longer than normal to be delivered.
* Extensions may take 24 hours to prepare before being shipped.
* Prices valid up to 1.9kg for Spain / Portugal and up to 0.49kg for the rest of the European Union.
It is the customers' responsibility to ensure correct delivery address information at checkout. All fields must be filled. If the address is entered incorrectly, the customer must assume full responsibility for all costs incurred. Please check all postal information before confirming orders. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot change any shipping information.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICE
Customer satisfaction is the number one commitment for KHair Store. So, if you received the product you ordered and you didn't like the color, length or thickness, you have 14 days to contact us and return or exchange the product.
In order to proceed with a refund or exchange, products must be returned with the original conditions to the Khair Store warehouse. The return or exchange of Khair Store products does not extend to the dyeing process carried out by its consumers, and we will only refund or exchange products that have not been altered (color, length, etc.).
For a refund, we will credit your Paypal card/credit card or bank account with the total value of your order, minus all shipping included in the purchase and return. Refunds take 15 business days to complete when returned to our warehouse. Any other customer service details can be handled at support@khairstore.com
