SHIPPING POLICY
From 100g, shipping is free to Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores). Below this weight, the prices are:

Spain - R$ 10.00 - Shipping within 10 business days, from 9:00 to 19:00 (except Canary Islands, with delivery within 10 to 15 business days).
Canary Islands - R$ 19.00 -
Shipping within 10 to 15 business days (9:00 to 19:00) -
We are not responsible for costs or additional delivery time caused by customs.
Portugal - Free - Shipping within 10 days - We do not ship to the Azores and Madeira Islands.
Other European Union countries - Between R$19.00 - Shipping within 10 days. We are not responsible for additional costs or delivery times caused by customs.
England - R$ 19.00 - Shipping within 10 days - We are not responsible for costs or additional delivery time caused by customs.
Andorra and Switzerland - €19.00 - Shipping within 10 days - We are not responsible for costs or additional delivery time caused by customs in these regions.
* Purchases made after 5pm may take 24 hours longer than usual to be delivered.
* Extensions may take up to 24 hours to prepare before being sent.
* Prices valid up to 1.9 kg for Spain / Portugal and up to 0.49 kg for the rest of the European Union.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout. All fields must be completed. If the address is entered incorrectly, the customer assumes full responsibility for all costs incurred. Please verify all postal information before confirming orders. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot change any shipping information.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is KHair Store's number one commitment. So, if you receive the product you ordered and don't like the color, length, or thickness, you have 14 days to contact us and return or exchange the product.
In order to be able to refund or exchange, the products must be returned with the original conditions to the Khair Store warehouse. Returns or exchanges of Khair Store products do not include the dyeing process performed by its customers, and we will only refund or exchange products that have not undergone any changes (color, length, etc.).
For refunds, we will credit your PayPal/credit card or bank account with the full amount of your order, minus all shipping costs included in the purchase and return. Refunds take 15 business days to process once returned to our warehouse. Any further customer service details can be handled by support@khairstore.com
