SHIPPING POLICY

For orders of 100g or more, shipping is free within Portugal (excluding Madeira and the Azores). For orders below this weight, the following rates apply:

See below the shipping rates and delivery times:

Spain – €10.00 – Delivery in 48/72 hours, from 9:00 to 19:00 (except Canary Islands, with delivery in 3 to 5 business days).
Canary Islands – €19.00 – Delivery in 3 to 5 business days (9:00 to 19:00).

We are not responsible for any additional customs fees or extended delivery times caused by customs procedures.

Portugal – Free – Delivery in 48/72 hours (9:00 to 19:00). We do not ship to the Azores or Madeira.
Other European Union countries – Starting from €19.00 – Delivery in 24/72 hours (9:00 to 19:00).
England – €19.00 – Delivery in 48/72 hours (9:00 to 19:00). We are not responsible for any additional customs fees or delivery delays caused by customs.
Andorra and Switzerland – €19.00 – Delivery in 4 to 5 business days. We are not responsible for any extra customs fees or delivery delays in these regions.

Important notes:

  • Orders placed after 17:00 may take an additional 24 hours to be delivered.

  • Hair extensions may take up to 24 hours to be prepared before shipping.

  • Prices valid for shipments up to 1.9 kg for Spain/Portugal and up to 0.49 kg for the rest of the European Union.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery address information is correct at checkout. All fields must be completed. If the address is entered incorrectly, the customer will be fully responsible for any resulting costs. Please review all postal information before confirming your order. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot modify any shipping information.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is KHair Store’s number one priority. Therefore, if you received the product you ordered but are not satisfied with the color, length, or thickness, you have 14 days to contact us and request a return or exchange.

To proceed with a refund or exchange, products must be returned in their original condition to the KHair Store warehouse. Returns or exchanges do not apply to products that have been dyed by customers. We only refund or exchange products that have not been altered (color, length, etc.).

For refunds, we will credit the total amount of your order to your PayPal account, credit card, or bank account, minus all shipping costs included in the purchase and return. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to be completed once the product is received back at our warehouse.
