Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is KHair Store’s number one priority. Therefore, if you received the product you ordered but are not satisfied with the color, length, or thickness, you have 14 days to contact us and return or exchange the product.

To proceed with a refund or exchange, the products must be returned in their original condition to the KHair Store warehouse. Returns or exchanges do not apply to products that have been dyed by customers. We only refund or exchange products that have not been altered (color, length, etc.).

For refunds, we will credit the total amount of your order to your PayPal account, credit card, or bank account, minus all shipping costs included in the purchase and return. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to be completed once the product has returned to our warehouse.
